You can do this yourself in the app. You do not need to contact us first.
In the app
- Open Account and storage.
- Choose Permanently delete my account. Enter your account password, type IKWEETHETZEKER exactly and tick the confirmation box.
Your Bijdehand account and personal parent record are deleted automatically. If other parents are connected, the agreed child-record distribution is applied first. They keep their own access and assigned records; their approval is not required for your departure.
Keep your account
To delete the whole cloud vault while keeping your account, use Delete the entire cloud vault. All current parents confirm separately. To erase only local data, use Erase data on this device only; your cloud data remains.
Cannot use the app or need help?
Email privacy@novaedge.nl with the app name, your account email address and what you want deleted. We will check that the request is yours. Do not send your password or recovery card.
